Preview (partial song; no chords displayed)
I have seen other versions of this that seem very incorrect. This is the
opening bass line for Trading My Sorrows, and the bass line is played all
the way through except for at the bridge.
Please Note: I tabbed this right off the song itself not from anyone elses
chords. Most of the chord sheets floating around have the song in A. This
riff is in B and I believe the song itself is in B, not A.
3/3 timing (two dashes represent one count)
G|6-6-11------14-14-13------6-6-11------14-14-16------
D|----9-------14-14-14----------9-------14-14-14------
A|----------------------------------------------------
E|7-7-----------------------7-7-----------------------
After you play this riff once the first time follow it up with:
G|18-18---------14-14-13------
D|14-14-16------14-14-14------
A|------14--------------------
E|----------------------------
And then return to the original riff and repeat it for the rest of the song.
