Someone wanted the chords for "Where The Streets Have No Name" as performed by
Chris Tomlin. First, everyone needs to know that this is a U2 song. Second, to
get the sound that Tomlin does, you need to tune down half a step. I figured
since someone already had the chords up now, that I would put up the guitar
tab.
You need alot of dotted 8th delay for this. Raise the depth on your delay pedal.
I think it sounds best when you have your pickup switch between you rhythm and
treble setting, but however you see fit. The song starts in 3/4 with just the
guitar and organ/pads. Listen to the song for the right timing.
e--10------------10------------10--------
B----10--------10--10--------10----------
G------12-11-12------12-11-12------------
D----------------------------------------
A----------------------------------------
E----------------------------------------
That's the main riff. Just listen to the CD to get it right on.
