Heaven's Love
By Timothy James Meaney
From: Myron Marston e-mail: marston@foxcomm.net
e-mail me with any comments, suggestions or corrections!
The entire song (besides the bridge,
which I haven't figured out)is played
by repeating the following lick:
slap=slap all strings at once
p=pull off
h=hammer on
G Am7 Dsus D Dsus G
e----------------3-----3-p2-h3-------
B--------0--S--1----S--3(hold)---0---
G--------0--L--0----L--2(hold)---0---
D-----0--0--A--2----A--0(hold)---0---
A-0-2-------P--0----P----------------
E--------3-----------------------3---

Heaven's love is way beyond me,
I long to walk those streets forever,
To dance and sing.
I don't know why he died for my soul,
But someday I'll see,
I'll keep on following Jesus
'Till the day we meet.
Things are happening 'round me way too fast,
It seems the stuff of this world could never last.
So I'll put my faith in something that will last indeed,
I'm talking, he who made the heavens, heaven's love's in me.
