Amazon Rain
Paul Janz
Album TRUST, 92
B
Bow your head feel the weight of his oceans
E
Falling down from the sky
B
You need somebody to share that emotion
E
The lonely mountains you climb
C# F#
(I really miss you) You’re so far away tonight
C# F# G#
(I really miss you) I can’t hold back the rain
C# G# F# G#
But when it feels like your soul is breaking
C# G# F# G#
I will lift my hands to heaven and pray
C# G# F# G#
On that lonely night, when your so forsaken
C# G# F#
I will cover you like Amazon rain.
B
Cross you heart feel the world on you shoulders
E
Pull you down to your fears
B
You want to know love flowing over and over
E
Find some joy in those tears
C# F#
(I really miss you) You’re so far away tonight
C# F# G#
(I really miss you) I can’t hold back the rain
But when it feels like your soul will break
I will lift my hands to heaven and pray
On that lonely night, when the world forsakes you
I will come to you like Amazon rain.
