G E C
other section:
D B A F, then F C A
I can think of a hundred different reasons for this feeling I have
inside. To pledge allegiance to another would be treason.
Am I just along for the ride?
(this is the chorus)
Something new, some things change.
Nothing new, nothing changed.
I'm made of flesh and blood and can be broken.
If you prick me, I will bleed.
It's a matter of trust and your devotion. Is it so hard for you to see?
Something new, some things change.
Nothing new, nothing changed.
(other section)
Internalize, sympathize, see this thing set in my eyes.
Sometimes the loudest words go unspoken. It doesn't mean I'm
not listening. I give my soul to you for the taking. I'm hurt and
broken so be careful with me.
Something new, some things change.
Nothing new, nothing changed.
that's it...
